Startup Jedi

We talk to startups and investors, you get the value.

Early-stage startups with an innovative product and global potential have 5 days to apply for the EMERGE CHALLENGE pitch competition.

If you have a working prototype and first trackchain, but have raised no more than €250 000 in investment, you have a chance to win the grand prize — a cheque for €10 000. In addition, this year participants may apply for awards in several categories from conference partners, including VTB, Ascona, Chivas, Zubr Capital, Startup Wise Guys and others.

To participate in EMERGE CHALLENGE, leave an application form during the STARTUP TICKET when you register for the event. The organizers promise to contact each registered team.

The Angels Band business angel community will select several startups from amongst all participants, to invest from €50 000. This is a logical continuation of last year’s success with Angels Band’s investment in conference participants.

For later-stage projects (those developing deep tech solutions and/or with investments of more than €250 000) EMERGE 2021 will host a closed VENTURE LOUNGE — Powered by Microsoft with participation from investors. This year they include funds such as Sequoia Capital, Atomico, Runa Capital, Almaz Capital, Fort Ross Ventures, as well as 500 Startups and Startup Wise Guys.

EMERGE has been held since 2018 and is one of the largest international technology conferences in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. This year’s event is being held for the second time in an online format, which allows numerous experts and ecosystem players from different parts of the world to participate.
