A few hours ago it became known that the startup of Belarusian entrepreneur Mikita Mikado PandaDoc closed round C with an estimate exceeding $1B. This gives PandaDoc the status of a “unicorn” and elevates him to the technological leaders of the market today.
OMERS Growth Equity and G Squared led the round, as well as Altos Ventures, Rembrandt Venture Partners, One Peak Partners and M12.
Currently PandaDoc's customers are in 130 countries, and its user base has grown 80% over the past year and its revenue jumped 63%.

In his interview for TechCrunch, Mikida Mikado noted that the funds raised will help the company both expand its functionality and deepen the existing ones. The project also plans to enter the world market and international growth.
